About the Program: New to QI? Seeking guidance in turning a project plan into action? IHQC’s Fundamentals in Quality Improvement course introduces the basics in quality improvement science, project design, systems change, using data for improvement, and change management.
Both individuals or teams are encouraged to attend this short course where participants will design a small-scale improvement project based on their clinic needs, review problem assessment tools and strategies, define their improvement measures, leverage PDSAs and rapid cycle improvement frameworks, and apply change management theories.
In addition to two in-person workshops on March 20 and May 15, participants can schedule up to two 30-minute calls with IHQC staff to discuss any of the course content and receive tailored coaching for their improvement project efforts.
Your registration fee covers enrollment in the full program (2 in-person workshops, coaching calls, etc.), all course materials, online access to all tools and templates, and on-site meals at each workshop. Certificates of completion will be given at the close of the program.
