COVID-19: IHQC’s Status Update

Updated 12/14/2022

As the environment continues to shift in response to the pandemic, IHQC will continue to be guided by public health recommendations from local health authorities and the CDC. While our team continues to work remotely, we may begin to explore offering our trainings and programs in either in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats. Please sign on to our mailing list (scroll to the bottom of the page) to remain up-to-date on program offerings.

We continue to ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate the changes brought on by Covid-19, alongside our safety net providers and colleagues. We support the vital care they provide for their communities. If IHQC can be of any assistance, please reach out.

IHQC has continued to work remotely and host our trainings, workshops, and convenings in a virtual setting. We plan to continue doing so through the first quarter of 2022, until further notice. We will continue to be guided by public health recommendations from our local health authorities and the CDC.

We ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate the changes brought on by Covid-19, alongside our safety net providers and colleagues. We support the vital care they provide for their communities. If IHQC can be of any assistance, please reach out to us.

Updated 5/1/2020

Thank you for being a part of the IHQC community. In response to growing concern about the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the most recent public health directives from the state of California, Los Angeles County, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we are taking responsible action to protect the health and wellness of our staff, partners, and the safety net.

IHQC will be canceling all scheduled in-person programs and trainings through April 30, 2020. Current registrants for these programs will be notified separately and refunds will be provided at the original point of purchase. Please contact us at info@ihqc.org if you have any questions or concerns regarding your registration and/or your refund.

IHQC staff will be working remotely, effective Monday, March 16, until further notice. We will have access to both emails and phone calls and expect to operate during our normal business hours (9 am – 5 pm). All staff desk phones have been forwarded to our respective remote worksites.

Any scheduled in-person meetings with IHQC staff through May 31, 2020 will be rescheduled or moved to a virtual platform. We will reach out to our meeting attendees separately with further details and log-in links.

We ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate these unprecedented times alongside our safety net providers and colleagues. We are in full support of the vital work they do and the excellent care they provide for their communities. If IHQC can be of any assistance, please reach out to us.
