Cedars-Sinai Community Clinic Initiative: Strengthening LA’s Safety Net
As a part of Cedars-Sinai’s Community Clinic Initiative, IHQC will be leading two training opportunities for Los Angeles community clinics around quality improvement. The first is a 1-day Fundamentals in Quality Improvement workshop. During this session, participants will learn how to scope and launch a quality or process improvement project by reviewing improvement methodologies and project management tools like PDSAs, Process Mapping, logic models, improvement measures, and work plans.

Additional Information
In addition to the Fundamentals in Quality Improvement workshop, IHQC will also lead a 12-month learning community where multidisciplinary teams from the participating clinics will implement team-defined improvement projects. To help support the teams, IHQC will coordinate quarterly workshops and training sessions to review improvement strategies and tools. Teams will also receive on-site consultant coaching to help support their improvement efforts.
