Cedars-Sinai Community Clinic Initiative: Strengthening LA’s Safety Net

As a part of Cedars-Sinai’s Community Clinic Initiative, IHQC will be leading two training opportunities for Los Angeles community clinics around quality improvement. The first is a 1-day Fundamentals in Quality Improvement workshop. During this session, participants will learn how to scope and launch a quality or process improvement project by reviewing improvement methodologies and project management tools like PDSAs, Process Mapping, logic models, improvement measures, and work plans.
